摘要
从相干喇曼放大过程出发 ,运用准平衡模型以及热弹理论 ,对固体样品中光声喇曼效应进行理论分析 ,导出了脉冲激光泵浦下的光声喇曼信号表达式 ,并做了数值估算
Beginning with the coherent Raman amplification process,using simple quasi-equilibrium model and thermal elastic theory,it is conducted the theoretical analysis of photoacoustic Raman effect in solids.The expression for the PARS signal under pulsed laser excitation is derived and numerical estimate is made using typical values of the relevant parameters for a solid sample.The paper concludes with a discussion of some characteristics of PARS process in solids and a comparison to the situation in gases.
