摘要
大环内酯类抗生素(MA)是国内外水环境中高频检出的微量难降解有机污染物。在水环境中通常以ng/L或μg/L的质量浓度存在。其进入人体后会造成抗生素抗体的表达,影响人体健康,是再生水安全利用的重点关注目标污染物。综述了四种常见大环内酯类抗生素的理化性质、环境风险以及其在水环境中的浓度分布情况,并对现有的大环内酯类抗生素深度处理技术及机理进行了系统的总结,分析了相关技术的处理效果、存在不足和可能的发展方向。在此基础上,从新型吸附材料、廉价氧化剂和组合工艺这三个方面对MA去除技术未来的发展趋势进行了展望,旨在为含有MA的污水深度处理技术与再生水安全回用技术的发展提供指导。
Macrolide antibiotics(MA)are trace amounts of refractory organic pollutants and frequently detected in the water environment at home and abroad.They usually exist in the water environment with the concentration of ng/L orμg/L,and can cause the expression of antibiotic antibodies and affect human health.It is a key target pollutant for the safe use of reclaimed water.The physical and chemical properties,environmental risks,and concentration distri-bution of four common macrolide antibiotics in the aquatic environment were reviewed.The existing advanced treat-ment technologies,the removal mechanisms of macrolide antibiotics were systematically summarized and analyzed,and the treatment effects,existing deficiencies and possible development directions of related technologies were dis-cussed.On this basis,the future development trend of MA removal technology was prospected from the three aspects including new adsorbent materials,cheap oxidants and combined processes,aiming to provide guidance for the deve-lopment of advanced treatment technology of sewage containing MA and safe reuse technology of reclaimed water.
