疏水改性钢网对模拟化学驱油田污水破乳除油研究 被引量:3

摘要 以聚丙烯(PP)溶液涂覆不锈钢网进行表面疏水改性,优选涂覆液PP质量浓度为40 g/L,钢网目数为350目,改性后钢网表面水接触角153°。研究了改性钢网对3种模拟化学驱油田污水的破乳除油效果,结果表明,改性钢网对3种污水(表活剂驱污水、聚驱污水和二元驱污水)均具有聚结破乳效果,其中,对表活剂驱污水的破乳除油效果最好,最佳搅拌条件下除油率为85.4%;油珠粒径显著增大,基本从乳化油转化为分散油。 The stainless-steel mesh was coated with polypropylene(PP)solution for surface hydrophobic modification.The optimum concentration of PP in coating solution was 40 g/L,and the mesh number of steel mesh was 350 mesh.The water contact angle of steel mesh surface was 153°after modification.The demulsification and oil removal effects of modified steel mesh on three kinds of simulated chemical flooding oily wastewater were studied.Results showed that the modified steel mesh had coalescence demulsification effect on three kinds of wastewater(surfactant flooding wastewater,polymer flooding wastewater and binary flooding wastewater),among of which the demulsification and oil removal effect on surfactant flooding wastewater was the best,and the oil removal rate was 85.4%under the opti-mum stirring condition.The particle size of oil beads increased significantly,and basically changed from emulsified oil to dispersed oil.
