摘要
火电厂含煤废水具有悬浮物含量高、色度大等特点,采用传统的工艺技术对其进行处理效果不理想。本工程采用平板式陶瓷膜微滤技术对其进行处理,运行结果表明,产水SS<3.0 mg/L,浊度<2.0 NTU,COD去除率约为57%,处理出水水质优于回用要求。该工艺耐水质水量冲击负荷能力强,设备维护成本低,系统运行稳定可靠,较传统工艺有明显优势。
The thermal power plant coal-contained wastewater has high suspended solids content and high chromati-city,which is not suitable for traditional process technology.This project adopted flat-plate ceramic membrane micro-filtration technology to treat the coal-contained wastewater.The running results showed that the SS of effluent was less than 3.0 mg/L,the turbidity was less than 2.0 NTU,and the COD removal rate was about 57%.The quality of effluent was better than that of resue.It is proved that the treatment process has strong water quality and water impact load re-sistance,low equipment maintenance costs,stable and reliable system operation,and has obvious advantages over tra-ditional processes.
