摘要
目的观察在疫情背景下采用多维度信息化干预模式在高血压患者健康行为管理中应用效果。方法100例原发性高血压患者随机分为对照组和实验组,分别采用常规护理模式、多维度信息化干预模式,对比干预后两组血压、遵医行为及高血压管理评分。结果干预后3、6个月,实验组收缩压明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而舒张压差异无显著性(P>0.05)。干预后6个月,实验组规范盐油摄入率、规律运动率及PACIC量表各维度与总评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在疫情背景下,多维度信息化干预模式可提高高血压患者遵医行为,协助控制血压。
Objective To observe the application of multidimensional information-based intervention mode(MIBIM)in healthy behavior management of hypertension patients under epidemic situation.Methods One hundred patients with essential hypertension were randomly treated with conventional nursing mode(control group)or MIBIM(experimental group).Blood pressure,compliance behavior and hypertension management scores were compared between two groups.Results Systolic pressure was lower in experimental group than in control group 3 and 6 months postintervention(P<0.05),while diastolic pressure was comparable between two groups(P>0.05).The regular salt and oil intake,exercise rate,and total score of PACIC scale and various dimensions were higher in experimental group compared with control group 6 months postintervention(P<0.01).Conclusion MIBIM can improve the compliance behavior and blood pressure control in hypertension patients under epidemic situation.
