摘要
目的观察人文关怀能力培训对儿科护士共情能力的效果。方法由病区护理教育小组对新生儿、儿科两个病区的63名护士实施为期3个月的人文关怀能力培训,用人文关怀能力评价(CAI)量表和杰弗逊共情(JSE-HP)量表评价培训前后人文关怀能力和共情能力变化。结果培训后人文关怀与共情能力各维度与总分均高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论人文关怀能力培训可提高儿科护士共情能力和工作适应性。
Objective To observe the effect of humanistic care ability training on empathy competency of pediatric nurses.Methods Sixty-three nurses in the neonatal and pediatric wards received a 3-month humanistic care ability training by ward nursing education team.The humanistic care ability and empathy competency were evaluated using the caring ability inventory(CAI)and Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professionals(JSE-HP)before and after training.Results The overall dimensions and scores of humanistic care ability and empathy competency were increased after training(P<0.01).Conclusion The humanistic care ability training can improve the empathy competency and job adaptabilility in pediatric nurses.
