摘要
为更好的控制煤矿巷道成型,结合山西晋煤集团晋圣松峪煤业有限公司巷道工程概况,提出了在有中线巷道中使用防爆轮廓射线仪来控制巷道成型;通过注浆工艺控制巷道成型;通过人为因素控制巷道成型;通过支护参数控制巷道成型等一系列控制巷道成型的策略,通过综合应用这些策略,可以有效控制巷道成型,提高巷道支护速度,降低矿井的生产成本,减轻职工劳动强度,减少不安全因素等,具有十分重要的意义。
In order to better control the formation of coal mine roadways,combined with the roadway engineering overview of Shanxi Jinmei Group Jinsheng Songyu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,it is proposed to use explosion-proof profile radiographs to control roadway formation in roadways with central lines;control by grouting technology Roadway shaping;controlling roadway shaping through human factors;controlling roadway shaping through support parameters and a series of strategies for controlling roadway shaping.Through comprehensive application of these strategies,it can effectively control roadway shaping,increase roadway support speed,and reduce mine production costs.It is of great significance to reduce the labor intensity of employees and reduce unsafe factors.
