望云煤矿15号煤层回采巷道煤柱宽度分析与围岩控制技术 被引量:3

摘要 为保障15102回风顺槽围岩稳定,根据15号煤层的赋存条件,采用UDEC数值模拟软件进行15号煤层回采巷道合理护巷煤柱宽度的分析,根据模拟结果确定煤柱的合理宽度为25 m,进一步结合15102回风顺槽的特征,确定巷道采用锚网索支护方案,并对各项支护参数进行具体设计,在巷道掘进期间进行围岩变形量的监测分析。结果表明:巷道掘进期间,顶底板及两帮变形量均较小,满足回采巷道使用要求。 In order to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock in the 15102 return airway,according to the storage conditions of the 15#coal seam,the UDEC numerical simulation software is used to analyze the reasonable width of the coal pillars of the 15#coal mining roadway.According to the simulation results,the reasonable width of the coal pillars is determined as 25m,further combining the characteristics of the 15102 return airway,determine the roadway to adopt the anchor-net-cable support plan,and carry out the specific design of various support parameters,and monitor and analyze the deformation of the surrounding rock during the roadway excavation.The results show that during the roadway excavation,the deformations of the roof and bottom plates and the two sides are small,which meets the requirements for the use of the mining roadway.
