摘要 以木瓜矿10-102工作面复杂应力环境为工程背景,采用现场调研、数值模拟、工业性试验的方法,调研表明了无煤柱沿空掘巷具备良好的现场条件,采用FLAC3D有限差分软件评估了工作面应力环境,从应力环境、煤炭回收率等方面论证了无煤柱沿空掘巷的优越性,基于此,开发了锚网梁索主动联合支护技术,现场试验验证了无煤柱沿空掘巷的适用性以及支护技术的合理性和可靠性,为无煤柱沿空掘巷技术的推广提供一定的理论基础和经验.。 Mugua 10-102 face the engineering background of complex stress environment,the in-situ investigation,the method of numerical simulation and industrial test,research shows that roadway driving along goaf without coal pillar have good condition on site,using FLAC3D finite difference software to evaluate the working face stress environment,from aspects of the stress environment,the coal recovery rate demonstrate the superiority of roadway driving along goaf without coal pillar,based on this,developed a beam metal net combined supporting technology actively,on-site test verifies the applicability of roadway driving along goaf without coal pillar and the rationality and reliability of the supporting technology,It provides some theoretical basis and practical experience for the popularization of goaf roadway driving without coal pillar,which has important research significance.
