摘要 为了提升煤矿带式输送机运行效率并降低能耗,基于视频识别、模糊控制技术提出了一种带式输送机智能控制系统。该系统采用高清摄像头获取输送带上煤流信息,通过视频图像处理技术掌握输送带上瞬间煤流量;为了避免输送机频繁调速将输送带煤流量划分成若干区段,每个区段有对应的输送带运行速度;将煤流量信息及输送带张紧信息输入到模糊控制器,通过模糊控制器及变频器控制带式输送机运行速度。现场应用后,输送机负载变化较小时运行速度保不变、负载有较大变化时则采取阶梯调速策略调整输送机运行速度,从而达到降低输送机能耗及磨耗目的,并充分发挥变频器功能。 In order to improve the operating efficiency of coal mine belt conveyors and reduce energy consumption,an intelligent control system for belt conveyors is proposed based on video recognition and fuzzy control technology.The system uses high-definition cameras to obtain coal flow information on the conveyor belt,and uses video image processing technology to grasp the instantaneous coal flow on the conveyor belt;in order to avoid frequent speed adjustment of the conveyor,the conveyor belt coal flow is divided into several sections,each section has a corresponding The operating speed of the conveyor belt;the coal flow information and the conveyor belt tension information are input to the fuzzy controller,and the operating speed of the belt conveyor is controlled by the fuzzy controller and the inverter.After field application,when the conveyor load changes small,the running speed remains unchanged,and when the load changes greatly,the stepped speed regulation strategy is adopted to adjust the conveyor running speed,so as to reduce the energy consumption and wear of the conveyor and give full play to the function of the inverter..
