摘要 本文介绍了自动化、智能化煤矿开采技术研究现状,提出利用震波CT煤层地质探测技术进行煤层地质初探,同时采用巷探、钻探等地质实测技术反演煤层及顶底板岩层地质条件,从而构建精细化三维GIS煤层地理信息系统,基于GIS煤层地理信息系统,开发了采煤机自适应截割技术,实现了采煤机自动调高和截割路径自动规划,解决了工作面推进方向的采煤机调高难题,规划了采煤机过断层是截割路径。 this paper introduces the automatic and intelligent coal mining technology research present situation,put forward using the shock wave CT coal geological exploration technology in coal seam geology,at the same time the lane,and drilling geological measurement techniques such as inversion of coal seam and roof and floor rock geological conditions,so as to build a fine 3 d GIS geographic information system of coal seam,coal seam of geographic information system based on GIS,and development of the coal winning machine adaptive cutting technology,implements the coal winning machine automatic raised and automatic cutting path planning,solving the development direction of coal winning machine raised face problem,planning the shearer fault is the cutting path.
