摘要
为进一步研究顶板千米定向钻孔的技术原理和工艺参数确定方法,以三元煤矿2305综放工作面为例,结合其地质和通风特点,对回采过程中采空区岩层的结构变化与瓦斯积聚规律等进行了研究,并计算了定向钻孔的垂直层位高度和与回风顺槽的水平投影距离等参数,在此基础上,制定了2305工作面的顶板千米定向钻孔抽采方案,监测表明抽采效果良好,同时解决了上隅角瓦斯浓度超限问题。
In order to further study the technical principle and method of determining process parameters of roof-oriented kilometer directional drilling,this paper takes the 2305 fully mechanized caving face of Sanyuan Coal Mine as an example,combined with its geological and ventilation characteristics,the structure of the rock layer in the goaf during the mining process The variation and gas accumulation laws were studied,and the parameters such as the vertical horizon height of the directional borehole and the horizontal projection distance from the return air channel were calculated.On this basis,the roof-kilometer directional drilling of the 2305 working face was formulated.The hole extraction scheme,monitoring shows that the extraction effect is good,and at the same time solves the problem of gas concentration exceeding the upper corner.
