摘要
以矿用提升机的电机控制系统为研究对象,首先设计了双馈电机转矩控制系统的机械结构,接着结合三项交流电源空间矢量等理论,建立了控制系统电网电压与负载转矩之间的数学模型;然后利用Matlab软件,模拟仿真不同转矩状态,双馈电机转矩控制系统的运行情况,结果表明:新设计控制系统能够有效提高矿井提升机的稳定性和可靠性。
Taking the motor control system of mine hoist as the research object,firstly,the mechanical structure of the torque control system of doubly-fed motor was designed,and then the mathematical model between the power grid voltage and load torque of the control system was established by combining the space vector theory of three AC power supply.Then the Matlab was used to simulate the operation of the torque control system of doubly-fed motor with different torque states.The results show that the new control system can effectively improve the stability and reliability of mine hoist.
