摘要
以ZBZ160型矿用掘进机为分析对象,采用ABAQUS软件建立了掘进机的仿真模型,开展了设备在2种工况下的结构性能研究,得出:回转台、油缸等部件是整个结构中的受力最大部件,在恶劣工况下作业,极容易出现结构失效的安全隐患,从不同角度提出了掘进机中关键部件的结构优化改进措施,这对指导掘进机的优化改进、提高其结构性能及作业效率具有重要指导和参考意义。
taking zbz160 mine roadheader as the analysis object,the simulation model of the roadheader is established by using ABAQUS software,and the structural performance of the equipment under two working conditions is studied.It is concluded that the rotary table,oil cylinder and other parts are the most stressed parts in the whole structure,which are prone to structural failure when working under bad working conditions.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the roadheader from different angles It has important guidance and reference significance to guide the optimization and improvement of roadheader,improve its structural performance and operation efficiency.
