摘要
电力企业实施内部市场化运作,必须转变原有传统管理理念,在管理上实行分权、经营自治、按效取酬的内部运作模式。本文就内部市场化的基本概念,以济三电力公司实施内部市场化的案例为研究对象,在基础理论、案例及管理研究的基础上,从建设路径方面对电力企业推行内部市场化提供参考。
In order to implement internal market-oriented operation,electric power enterprises must change the original traditional management concepts and implement the internal operation mode of decentralization,management autonomy,and remuneration based on efficiency in management.Based on the basic concept of internal marketization,this article takes the case of Jisan Electric Power Company's implementation of internal marketization as the research object.Based on the basic theory,case and management research,it provides references for power companies to implement internal marketization from the perspective of construction paths.
