摘要
针对目前煤泥浮选效果不佳所造成的经济、资源浪费问题,以白龙选煤厂浮选入料作为试验煤样,分别采用2种不同参数(功率、时间)超声波对煤样进行预处理的手段研究不同工艺流程浮选效果,对超声波预处理前后煤样进行XRD、接触角、FT-IR和灰分分析;试验结果表明,当超声波功率为125 W、预处理时间为10 min浮选效果最佳,浮选精煤产率为83.5%,灰分为6.13%,提高了现场浮选精煤品质。
In view of the economic and resource waste problems caused by the current poor flotation effect of coal slime;this paper selects the flotation feed from a coal preparation plant in Bailong coal sample,and uses two different parameters(power,time)to perform ultrasonic testing on the coal sample.The pretreatment method is used to study the flotation effect of different technological processes.The coal samples before and after ultrasonic pretreatment are analyzed by XRD,contact angle,FT-IR and ash;the test results show that the flotation effect is when the ultrasonic power is 125W and the pretreatment time is 10min The best,the flotation cleaned coal yield is 83.5%,and the ash content is 6.13%,Improve the quality of on-site flotation clean coal.
