摘要
为解决高瓦斯矿井瓦斯与煤层自然发火双重威胁,以煤峪口矿14号煤层410盘区为研究对象,针对矿井生产期间瓦斯治理与防火火灾防治不平衡的难题,提出层间钻孔抽放法配合“旁路式”注氮、巷道预抽法配合采空区“旁路式”注氮技术工艺,该综合工艺效果显著,410盘区生产期间,瓦斯最大浓度≦0.46%,采空区遗煤未出现明显升温氧化现象,矿井生产安全性得到了有效保障。
In order to solve the dual threat of gas and coal spontaneous combustion in high-gas mines,the No.14 coal seam 410 panel of Meiyukou Mine was taken as the research object.In view of the unbalanced problem of gas control and fire prevention during mine production,interlayer drilling was proposed.The drainage method is combined with the"bypass"nitrogen injection,and the roadway pre-drainage method is combined with the"bypass"nitrogen injection technology in the goaf.This comprehensive process has a significant effect.During the production of the 410 panel,the maximum gas concentration is less than 0.46%.There is no obvious heating and oxidation phenomenon in the remaining coal in the empty area,and the safety of mine production has been effectively guaranteed.
