血清IL-22、IL-22R表达水平与胎膜早破患者羊膜腔感染的临床价值分析

The Clinical Value of Serum IL-22 and IL-22R Levels in the Evaluation of Amniotic Cavity Infection in Patients with PROM

目的探讨IL-22、IL-22R表达水平与胎膜早破患者羊膜腔感染的关系。方法选取本院自2017年1月至2020年8月收治的胎膜早破患者78例作为观察组,同一时期进行剖宫产的正常孕妇81例作为对照组,评估观察组羊膜腔感染病例数及感染程度。采用ELISA法检测两组孕妇血清中IL-22、IL-22R表达水平;分别比较观察组和对照组、观察组中羊膜腔感染者与非感染者、羊膜腔感染者中轻中重3组不同程度感染者IL-22、IL-22R表达水平。结果两组年龄、孕周、孕期、产次比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组IL-22和IL-22R水平显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组中,羊膜腔感染者IL-22和IL-22R水平显著高于非羊膜腔感染者(P均<0.05);3组不同程度羊膜腔感染者IL-22和IL-22R水平比较差异有统计学意义,其中重度组高于中度组和轻度组,中度组高于轻度组(P均<0.05)。结论 IL-22和IL-22R水平在胎膜早破合并羊膜腔感染患者血清中显著升高,且与被感染程度密切相关。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum IL-22 and IL-22 R levels in the evaluation of amniotic cavity infection in patients with PROM.Methods From January 2017 to August 2020,78 patients with PROM were selected as the observation group,and 81 normal pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in the same period were selected as the control group.The number and degree of amniotic cavity infection in the observation group were evaluated.The expression levels of IL-22 and IL-22 R in serum of pregnant women in the two groups were detected by ELISA,and the expression levels of IL-22 and IL-22 R were compared between the observation group and the control group,between the amniotic cavity infection group and the non infection group in the observation group,and among the light,medium and heavy amniotic cavity infection group in the observation group.Results There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of age,gestational weeks,gestational period and birth times(P>0.05).The level of IL-22 and IL-22 R in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the level of IL-22 and IL-22 R in the amniotic cavity infection group was significantly higher than that in the non amniotic infection group(P<0.05).The level of IL-22 and IL-22 R in the three groups with different degrees of amniotic infection was statistically different(P<0.05).That in the severe group was higher than that of the moderate group and the mild group,and it in the moderate group was higher than that of the mild group(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-22 and IL-22 R are significantly increased in the patients with PROM and infection of amniotic cavity,which are closely related to the degree of infection.They are expected to be biomarkers for the evaluation of prom with amniotic cavity infection.
