摘要
目的探究CO_(2)点阵激光与窄谱中波紫外线(narrowband ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)治疗白癜风的疗效对比。方法选取本院于2018年01月至2021年01月收治的白癜风患者80例,随机分为UVB组(n=40)和激光组(n=40)。激光组采用CO_(2)点阵激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗,UVB组采用NB-UVB联合他克莫司软膏治疗,比较两组患者的临床有效率、复色时间、皮损面积、色素积分及不良反应。结果治疗后,激光组的临床有效率为87.50%,高于UVB组65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。激光组头颈部、躯干部及四肢部的白斑复色时间均较UVB组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,激光组的色素积分明显高于UVB组,而皮损面积明显小于UVB组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。激光组治疗期间的不良反应率较UVB组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与NB-UVB相比,CO_(2)点阵激光具有更高的治疗有效率,皮肤复色效果明显,同时不良反应率较低,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the comparison of the effect of fractional CO_(2) laser and narrowband ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)in vitiligo.Methods 80 patients with vitiligo admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into UVB group(n=40)and laser group(n=40).The UVB group was treated with NB-UVB and tacrolimus ointment,while the laser group was treated with CO_(2) dot matrix laser and tacrolimus ointment,comparing the effective rate,time of recoloration,skin lesion area,pigment integral and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of laser group which 87.50% was higher than that of UVB group 65.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the laser group,the time of recoloration on the head-neck,body and limbs was significantly shorter than that in the UVB group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the pigment integral of the laser group was significantly higher than that of the UVB group,while the skin lesion area was significantly smaller than that of the UVB group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of laser group was significantly lower than that of UVB group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with NB-UVB,fractional CO_(2) laser has higher treatment efficiency,obvious skin recoloring effect,and low adverse reaction rate,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
