摘要
针对微波产品性能和质量的需求,本文通过采用全自动化静态电阻测试方案,并开发了相应的软硬件测试系统。通过样件实测验证单件静态电阻测试时间从20.83分钟降低到5.4分钟,实现全自动化测试。该测试设备提高了生产效率,避免了漏测风险,提升了产品质量。
In response to the performance and quality requirements of microwave products,this paper adopt a fully automated static resistance test program and develop a corresponding software and hardware test system.The test time of static resistance per product was reduced from 20.83 to 5.4 minutes through the actual test of the sample,realizing fully automated testing.The testing equipment improves production efficiency,avoids the risk of missed testing,and improves product quality.
