高温湿环境非密闭机柜抗冷凝系统设计

摘要 为了减少间歇性工作的非密闭机柜在高温湿环境中产生凝露的现象。本文提出了在机柜内创造一个微环境,使机柜内的温度一直处于露点温度以上的抗冷凝系统。以往的抗冷凝设计都是在机柜的结构设计阶段实现。本设计的难点在于在不改变原有机柜、机箱整体结构的基础上,如何给机柜精准加装抗冷凝系统装置。本系统硬件主要利用简单的PTC发热器件和温控器件,借鉴热量仿真确定PTC陶瓷加热器安装位置及数量。经过试验对比,加装本系统的机柜可以明显减少凝露的产生,进而延长设备的使用寿命。 In order to reduce the phenomenon of condensation in the high temperature and humidity environment of non-closed cabinets that work intermittently.This article proposes an anti-condensation system that creates a micro-environment in the cabinet so that the temperature in the cabinet is always above the dew point temperature.The previous anti-condensation design was implemented in the structural design stage of the cabinet.The difficulty of this design is how to accurately install an anti-condensation system device on the cabinet without changing the overall structure of the original cabinet and chassis.The hardware of this system mainly uses simple PTC heating devices and temperature control devices.The installation position and quantity of PTC heaters based on heat simulation.After experimentation and comparison,cabinets equipped with this system can significantly reduce condensation,thereby extending the service life of the equipment.
