摘要 随着工程项目大型化、复杂化的发展,人们对于工程项目管理的要求越来越高,这就使得深入研究工期、成本、质量综合优化十分重要和必要。同时,由于这三个管理目标之间存在既相互矛盾又相互统一的关系,又使得工期-成本-质量综合优化成为复杂的多目标优化问题。为了解决这一问题,借助资金的时间价值概念对传统的工期-成本模型进行改进,使之更贴近工程实际。同时,在论述价值工程理论对工程项目质量衡量的可行性的基础上构建了质量-成本模型。从而,形成了工期-成本-质量三者的优化模型。最后运用工程实例进行模型验证,并采用了基于Pareto排序的多目标遗传算法进行求解,优化结果证明了该模型的可行性和有效性:降成本、缩工期、提质量。 With the development of large-scale and complex engineering projects,people have higher and higher requirements for project management,which makes it very important and necessary to deeply study the comprehensive optimization of construction period,cost and quality.At the same time,because of the contradictory and unified relationship between the three management objectives,the comprehensive optimization of time cost quality becomes a complex multi-objective optimization problem.In order to solve this problem,the traditional time cost model is improved with the help of the concept of time value of funds to make it closer to the engineering practice.At the same time,the feasibility of value engineering theory to measure the quality of engineering projects was discussed,and then the quality cost model is constructed.Thus,the optimization model of time cost quality is formed.Finally,an engineering example is used to verify the model,and the multi-objective genetic algorithm based on Pareto sorting is used to solve the problem.The optimization results prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the model which can then be used to reduce the cost,construction time and at the same time improve the quality.
