城市轨道交通AFC系统突发事件应急处置电子化预案及优化建议

摘要 随着城市轨道交通的不断发展,AFC系统的重要性日益提高。若AFC设备大面积故障,会导致站内乘客拥挤、滞留,甚至危及其人身安全。因此,在该系统发生突发事件时,快速启动应急处置流程以迅速恢复正常运营,至关重要。文章以北京轨道交通路网管理有限公司AFC监视中心系统为依托,制定AFC系统突发事件应急处置电子化预案,并根据其应用中存在的问题提出优化建议,以期提高AFC系统突发事件应急处置水平和效率,使乘客出行更加安全便捷。 With the continuous development of urban rail transit,the importance of AFC is increasing.If AFC equipment fails in a large scale,it will lead to passenger congestion,detention and even hinder personal safety.Therefore,in the event of an emergency in AFC,it is very important to quickly start the emergency response process and quickly return to normal operation.Based on the AFC monitoring center system at Beijing Metro Network Administration Co.,Ltd.,this paper formulates the AFC electronic emergency response scheme,and puts forward optimization suggestions based on the problems existing in its application,so as to improve the AFC emergency response level and efficiency,making passengers travel safer and more convenient.
