摘要
本文以电化学与流动环路结合的方式评价了一种计划用于高剪切力复杂湿气工况下的咪唑啉类缓蚀剂。结果显示:98℃的高温并未影响缓蚀剂的稳定性;通过增加缓蚀剂的使用浓度能够提高缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果,但同比来说,降低工况的苛刻程度对腐蚀速率的影响更大。
In this paper,an imidazoline corrosion inhibitor planned to be used in high wall shear stress and complex wet gas conditions is evaluated by the combination of electrochemistry and flow loop.The results showed that the high temperature of 98℃did not affect the stability of the corrosion inhibitor;by increasing the use concentration of the corrosion inhibitor,the corrosion inhibition of the corrosion inhibitor can be improved.But compared with the same period of last case,reducing the wall shear stress of working conditions has a greater impact on corrosion inhibitors.
