天然气净化装置尾气焚烧余热锅炉改造节能效果评估

Energy Efficiency Evaluation of the Transformation of an Exhaust Gas Waste-heat Boiler in a Natural Gas Purification Unit

摘要 某高含硫天然气净化厂对进口余热锅炉进行了国产化研制,为评估余热锅炉改造成效,通过Aspen plus软件对各换热器进行流程仿真模拟,并采用反平衡方法对余热锅炉进行了热工性能测试计算,结果表明:国产化后余热锅炉在经济性上明显优于进口余热锅炉,改造效果显著,热效率提升了2%以上,实现了节能的目的。 A high sulfur natural gas purification plant has carried out the domestic transformation of imported HRSG.In order to evaluate the effect of HRSG transformation,Aspen Plus software simulates the process of each heat exchanger,and uses the reverse balance method to test and calculate the thermal performance of the waste heat boiler.The results show that the domestic waste heat boiler is significantly better than the imported waste heat boiler in economy,the transformation effect is significant,the thermal efficiency is increased by more than 2%,and the purpose of energy saving is realized.
