防腐弯管聚乙烯复合带的包覆加热温度研究

摘要 针对防腐弯管冷带热缠技术存在带温过低,包覆质量不稳定的难题,提出了电辅助加热复合带的方法。本文目的是研究带材单侧加热下,温度随时间的变化规律。实验采用加热管对带材胶面加热,用测温枪及热电偶测量温度,秒表测量时间。得到带材正反面温度随时间的变化规律,建立数学模型。结果表明,卤素管的加热效率高于碳纤维管;红外测温方式的准确度高于热电偶测温;实施单侧加热时,胶面的平均温度高于背材面36.971℃。 In order to solve the problems of the lower temperature and unstable coating quality of anticorrosion elbow in the technology of cold tape and hot winding,the method of electric auxiliary heating composite tape was put forward.The purpose of this paper is to study the rule of temperature changing with time when the tape is heated on one side.In the experiment,the gummed surface of the tape was heated by a heating tube,the temperature was measured by a temperature measuring gun and thermocouple,and the time was measured by a stopwatch.The rule of the temperature of the front and back sides of the strip with time is obtained,and the mathematical model is established.The results show that the heating efficiency of halogen tube is higher than that of carbon fiber tube.The measurement accuracy of infrared temperature gun is higher than that of thermocouple.The average temperature of the gummed surface is 36.971℃higher than that of the back surface.
