某海洋平台埋地管线阴保现状及腐蚀原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 某海上平台埋地管线经过沙滩、公路、绿化带连接至终端处理厂,管线采用3PE外防腐层和牺牲阳极相结合的方式进行防腐。由于埋地管线长期处于潮湿的海洋气候环境中,又经过干湿交替的敷设环境,很容易发生腐蚀,本文对渤海海上平台埋地管线进行全面检验,对其阴保现状及管线腐蚀状况进行了详细分析,从埋地管线检验方式及检测周期及维修方式提出了相应的建议及措施。 One of the offshore platform buried pipeline through the sand bank,roads,green belts,then to the terminal treatment plant,anticorrosion of pipeline with 3 PE outer coating and sacrificial anode.Due to the long-term moist marine climate environment of buried pipelines,laying environment with alternate wetting and drying prone to corrosion,this paper focus on the buried pipelines comprehensive inspection of offshore platform,the current situation of cathodic protection and pipeline corrosion were analyzed in detail,Corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward from the inspection mode,inspection period and maintenance mode of buried pipeline.
