龙王庙组气藏地面集输系统腐蚀控制措施研究

摘要 龙王庙组气藏具有产量高、压力高、温度高、含H_(2)S及CO_(2)和气田水矿化度高等特点,天然气集输系统存在较大腐蚀风险。针对气藏的腐蚀环境及集输系统工艺特点,设计了"防腐层+阴极保护+抗硫管材+缓蚀剂"的综合腐蚀控制措施,并采取腐蚀挂片、电阻探针、管道智能检测等多种腐蚀监/检测手段,监测管道及场站的腐蚀情况。通过腐蚀监/检测数据分析得出气藏整体腐蚀速率控制在较低水平,表明气藏采用的腐蚀控制措施起到了良好的防腐效果。 The Longwangmiao gas reservoir is characterized by high output,high pressure,containing H_(2)S and CO_(2) and gas field water withe high salinity,there is a great corrosion risk in the natural gas gathering and transportation system.According to the corrosive environment of gas reservoir and the technological characteristics of gathering and transportation system,comprehensive corrosion control measures of"anticorrosive layer+cathodic protection+sulfur tube+corrosion inhibitor"are desighed,various corrosion monitoring/detection methods are adopted,such as corrosion hanging piece,resistance probe and intelligent detection of pipeline,to monitor the corrosion situation of pipeline and stationThrough the analysis of the corrosion monitoring/detection data,the overall corrosion rate of the gas reservoir is controlled at a low level,it shows that the corrosion control measures adopted in gas reservoir have a good anti-corrosion effect.
