目的:开展壮医香灸治疗子宫肌瘤的技术规范与临床应用研究。方法:通过调查研究、收集资料、发掘整理、起草初稿及专家咨询形成壮医香灸治疗子宫肌瘤技术规范并临床应用。结果:该技术在壮医理论指导下进行了技术规范化研究及临床应用,通过对子宫肌瘤的概述、疾病诊断标准、适应症、禁忌症、技术操作规范、不良反应及可能出现的意外情况处理进行阐述,为其临床推广提供客观依据。结论:壮医香灸治疗子宫肌瘤效果明显,值得研究,以便服务临床,造福患者。

Objective:To carry out research on the technical specifications and clinical application of Zhuang medicine incense moxibustion for treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:Through investigation and research,data collection,excavation and sorting,drafting of the first draft and expert consultation,technical specifications were formed and applied in clinical practice.Results:Under the guidance of Zhuang medicine theory,the technology has carried out technical standardization research and clinical application.Now it has passed the overview of uterine fibroids,disease diagnosis standards,indications,contraindications,technical operation specifications,adverse reactions and possible unexpected situations The treatment is elaborated to provide an objective basis for its clinical promotion and application.Conclusion:Zhuang medicine fragrant moxibustion is effective in treating uterine fibroids,which is worthy of further study in order to better serve the clinic and benefit patients.
