摘要
目的:建立一种同时测定九龙藤药材中铬、铜、砷、镉、汞、铅元素含量的方法。方法:样品通过硝酸-过氧化氢溶样,微波消解法处理,选取锗、铑、铟、铼作为内标元素,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定上述6种重金属元素的含量。结果:各元素标准曲线的相关系数为0.9999~1.0000,加标回收率为90.1%~98.9%,测定值的相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.39%~6.19%之间。结论:该方法快速、简便、重现性好、准确度高,可用于九龙藤中重金属元素含量分析测定研究,其测定结果可为九龙藤的质量标准提供参考。
Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chromium,copper,arsenic,cadmium,mercury and lead in Bauhinia championii(Benth.)Benth.Methods:The samples were dissolved by nitric acid hydrogen peroxide,and the samples were treated by microwave digestion.Germanium,rhodium,indium and rhenium were used as internal standard elements.The contents of the six heavy metals were determined by ICP-MS.Results:The correlation coefficients of the standard curves were 0.9999~1.0000,the recoveries were 90.1%~98.9%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were between 2.39%~6.19%.Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple,reproducible and accurate.It can be used for analysis and determination of heavy metal elements in Bauhinia championii(Benth.)Benth.The results can provide reference for the quality standard of Bauhinia championii(Benth.)Benth.
