意向性自我调节:中学生核心素养的自主发展

摘要 意向性自我调节和自主发展都旨在强调个体的主观能动性,自己主动协调学校、家庭、社会资源的能力并管理自己的重要品质。意向性自我调节的可操作性,使得意向性自我调节可以成为自主发展的重要指标,通过研究中学生意向性自我调节的特点和影响因素,提出提升意向性自我调节水平的支持方案,从而促进中学生的自主发展。
