四川通江县“食用菌产业+旅游业”发展探索 被引量:2

摘要 食用菌产业作为一种投资少、见效快的高效农业形式,在各地的生产规模迅速扩张。随着市场竞争日趋激烈,当前单纯的食用菌栽培已不能满足食用菌产业发展的需要,亟需以"食用菌产业+旅游业"的模式进行产业升级和调整。以四川省通江县食用菌产业的发展现状为切入点,从通江县地理、气候、资源等多要素出发,探索四川通江县"食用菌业+旅游业"的发展,针对该地"菌业+旅游"发展中存在的问题,提出通江县要注重引进技术,推动实现规模化建设、完善框架设计、确保基础设施建设等解决策略,为其他地区开展"食用菌业+旅游业"的产业升级指明方向。 As a form of high-efficiency agriculture with low investment and quick results, the edible fungi industry has rapidly expanded its production scale in various places. With the increasingly fierce market competition, pure cultivation can no longer meet the needs of the development of the edible fungi industry, and it is urgent to upgrade and adjust the industry in the mode of’edible fungi industry + tourism’. Taking the development status of the edible fungi industry in Tongjiang county, Sichuan province as the starting point, starting from Tongjiang’s geography, climate, resources and other aspects, the start of ’edible fungi industry + tourism’in Tongjiang county of Sichuan province were explored, and the problems existing in the development of’edible fungi industry + tourism’in the region were summarized, and it put forward a practical’edible fungi industry’linkage strategy, such as paying attention to introducing technology, promoting large-scale construction, perfecting framework design,ensuring infrastructure construction and so on. It points out the direction for the industrial upgrading of’edible fungi industry +tourism’in other regions.
