摘要
创新服务中心为武汉智慧生态城的标志性建筑,地上包含五个"贝壳状"的单体建筑。主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,通过外圈圆斜柱实现层层收进的建筑效果,斜柱倾角在0°~15°逐层增大,局部达到25°。采用多种有限元软件,通过结构静力计算、大震弹塑性时程分析、楼板应力分析等方法对结构的受力性能进行评估,并提出适当的加强措施以保证结构的抗震性能。对屋顶大跨度单层网壳、螺旋钢楼梯等单体钢结构的设计进行总结,为类似工程的设计提供参考。
The Innovation Service Center is the landmark architecture of Wuhan Smart Eco-city, it contains five tower buildings with the shape of shell. The main structure adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system. Circular inclined column was adopted in outer ring to satisfy the facade effect. The angle of the inclined column increased layer by layer from 0° to 15°, and locally reached 25°. A variety of finite element softwares were uesd to evaluate the mechanical performance of the structure by structure static calculation, elastic-plastic time history analysis of large earthquake, stress analysis of the floor. And appropriate strengthening measures were put forward to ensure the seismic performance of the structure. The design of single steel structures such as large-span single-layer reticulated shells, spiral steel stairs, etc. were summarized, which provides reference for the design of similar projects.
