摘要
针对国内许多大型热网控制系统仍然处于"只掌握总数,不清楚细节"的状态,缺乏实时监测与分析的问题,提出可运用在热网中的协议转换方法。利用GIS技术,实现一种应用在Web环境下的热网监测管理系统。系统具有报警监测、监督管理、GIS管理、实时数据管理等功能。该系统实现了城市供热系统的智能化监控,能够有效节省人力物力,保证数据可靠传输,加大供热系统的监督和力度,提高供热系统的仪器设备预警能力,提高现场修检人员快速反应能力,保护管网和仪表仪器设备的安全。目前已在江苏省某热电厂工程中良好运作,验证了系统的实用性。
In view of the fact that many Chinese large-scale heat supply network control systems are still in the state of"only mastering the total number,not knowing the details",and lack of real-time monitoring and analysis,this paper designs a protocol conversion method that can be used in the heat network.Using GIS technology,a monitoring and management system of heat network based on Web is realized.The system has the functions of warning monitoring,supervision management,GIS management and real-time data management.It realized the intelligent monitoring of city heating system,which could effectively save manpower and material resources,ensure reliable data transmission,increase the supervision and strength of heating system,improve the early warning ability of heating system instruments and equipment,improve the quick response ability of on-site maintenance personnel,and protect the safety of pipe network and instruments and equipment.At present,the system has been well operated in a thermal power plant in Jiangsu Province,and the practicability of the system has been successfully verified.
