Comprehensive Discussion on“Nan Huai-Chin Phenomenon”

自20世纪90年代始,随着“国学热”的兴起,大陆出现了“南怀瑾热”暨“南怀瑾现象”。学界探讨这一现象,而在南怀瑾的著述、为学方法及其评价定位上褒贬不一。学界普遍认为,“南怀瑾热”顺应了转型期道德人心疗救的需要,南怀瑾著述的大众化释义符合文化普及的要求,但其解读方法往往缺乏学术严谨性,且存在诸多知识性错谬。这也造就了南怀瑾学术、文化意义的评价及定位的复杂性。

With the rise of“national culture fever”since the 1990s,“Nan Huai-Chin fever”&“Nan Huai-Chin phenomenon”have emerged in the Chinese mainland.This controversial phenomenon has been discussed in the academic circle on Nan Huai-Chin’s works,the method of study,the evaluation and positioning.Above all,the academic circle generally believes that“Nan Huai-Chin fever”conforms to the need of moral healing in the transformation period,and the popular interpretation of Nan Huai-Chin’s works meets the requirements of cultural popularization,but the interpretation methods often lack academic preciseness with many knowledge errors,which has also caused the complexity of the evaluation and positioning of Nan Huai-Chin’s academic and cultural significance.
