高职院校“清廉校园”建设的问题及对策

Problems of“Incorruptible Campus”Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges and Their Countermeasures

落实全面从严治党,营造山清水秀的校园政治生态,是高职院校“清廉校园”建设的题中之义。新时期的高职院校可从落实“两个责任”、深化制度建设、打造廉洁文化、健全监督体系等四个方面入手,深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作,从而推进全面从严治党向基层延伸,有效落地,为学校有序、健康、高质量发展保驾护航。

It is an integrant part for higher vocational colleges to build an“incorruptible campus”to implement an all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline and create a beautiful and clean campus political ecology.Higher vocational colleges can deeply promote the construction of a fine Party culture and a corruption-free Party and fight corruption from four aspects in the new period:implementing“two responsibilities”,deepening institutional construction,creating an incorruptible culture and completing the supervision system,thus facilitating the extension of comprehensive and strict Party governance to the grass-roots level,and ensuring the orderly,healthy and high-quality development of colleges.
