长呼线原油管道夏季节能优化运行方案 被引量:4

摘要 为保障长庆—呯和浩特原油管道(长呯原油管道)安全、平稳运行,实现降耗输送,在分析历年沿线温降、地温真实数据的基础上,利用经典油温预测工具计算了各管段总传热系数K,且在充分考虑油品物性、运行经验和风险因素基础上,确定了原油安全进出站温度及输量,进而探讨了长呼原油管道夏季一站启炉优化运行方案的可行性。实践结果表明:管道的总传热系数是预测出站温度的关键参数,须选择合适的预测工具;进站温度23℃是确保管道安全平稳运行的前提条件,是确定出站温度的重要依据;合理的输量可进一步提高方案的稳定性。方案实施后,管道运行能耗较2013年、2014年、2016年、2017年分别下降了25%、44%、22%、26%,节能降耗效果显著,证实了长呼原油管道夏季一站启炉的可行性,为后续运行工作提供了有力支持,为类似原油管道优化运行提供了参考和借鉴。 In order to ensure the safe and stable operation and realize energy-saving transportation for Changqing-Huhehaote crude oil pipeline,based on the analysis with real data of temperature drop and ground temperature over the years,the total heat transfer coefficient K of each pipeline section is obtained by the classical oil temperature forecasting tool.Based on full consideration of the physical properties,operation experience and risk factors,the temperature of safety entry and exit station and the amount of transmission are determined.Furthermore,the feasibility of the summer optimized operation scheme of furnace opening at one station in the Changhu pipeline is discussed.Practical results show that the total heat transfer coefficient K is the key parameter to predict the exit station temperature and suitable forecasting tools must be selected.Entry station temperature 23℃ is a prerequisite to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pipeline,and an important basis for determining the exit station temperature.Reasonable transportation capacity can further improve the stability of the scheme.After the scheme was put into practice,the energy consumption of pipeline operation decreased by 25%,44%,22% and 26% compared with the year 2013,2014,2016,2017,the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is remarkable.It is proved that the summer optimized operation scheme of furnace opening at one station in the Changhu pipeline is feasible.It provides a strong support for subsequent operation,and a reference for the optimized operation of similar crude oil pipelines.
