水泥行业碳排放在线监测系统的研究

Research on On-line Monitoring System of Carbon Emission in Cement Industry

水泥行业碳排放量居工业行业第二位,占整个工业排放量的20%左右,面临着二氧化碳减排的巨大压力,而目前水泥行业还没有真正意义上的碳排放在线监测系统。文中通过开展水泥行业碳排放在线监测系统的研究,搭建在线监测系统总体框架,设计满足企业、碳排放主管部门需求的系统功能,实现水泥企业碳排放数据的实时监测,自动核算报告。通过试点企业在线监测数据分析比较,说明在线监测系统能够满足企业碳排放数据“可监测、可报告、可核查”的要求。

The carbon emission of cement industry ranks the second in the industrial sector,accounting for about 20%of the total industrial emissions,which is facing great pressure of carbon dioxide emission reduction.At present,there is no real on-line monitoring system for carbon emission in cement industry.In this paper,the on-line monitoring system of carbon emissions in cement industry is studied,the overall framework of the on-line monitoring system is established,and the system functions are designed to meet the needs of enterprises and carbon emission authorities,which realizes the real-time monitoring and automatic accounting report of carbon emissions data in cement enterprises.The analysis and comparison of online monitoring data in pilot enterprises show that the on-line monitoring system can meet the requirements of"monitorable,reportable and verifiable"for carbon emission data of enterprises.
