Analysis on Current Situation of Elevators Added to Existing Residential Houses in Fujian Province and the Countermeasures

随着国家对既有住宅加装电梯的重视,全国各地的既有住宅加装电梯惠民工程得到了快速发展。文中主要对既有住宅增设电梯的现状进行分析,重点对福建省各地市的既有住宅增设电梯政策进行比较分析研究,并对既有住宅增设电梯工程推行中的难点进行归纳总结,进而提出解决措施与建议。

With the state's attention to the installation of elevators in existing residential buildings,the project about it across the country has developed rapidly.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of adding elevators to existing residences,focuses on the comparative analysis and research on the policies of adding elevators to existing residences in cities all over the Fujian Province,summarizes the difficulties in the implementation,and then puts forward some solutions and suggestions.
