以国内普遍使用的SJZ 3 0型高速扫描相机为例 ,用精测转速方法的结果处理数据 ,转速测量相对合成不确定度小于 0 1 % ,时间间隔测量的相对扩展不确定度为 0 2 % 扫描速度在像面上的位置误差 ,采用“中值扫描速度” ,可予以校正
The method of precision measurement mirror′s rotating speed has been used in the Model SJZ-30 high speed rotating mirror streak camera and practical scanning speed is used to process time interval data.In this way,the related combined standard uncertainty of the measured results of mirror′s rotating speed is less than 0.1% and the related expanded uncertainty of time interval reached 0.2%.The scanning speed position errors on the streak camera′s imaging surface can be corrected,using'mid-value scanning speed'.The method to reduce the uncertainty of measurement results of rotating mirror speed and position error of scanning speed are also discussed in the paper.
