摘要
针对智能船舶营运过程中安全监管缺乏的问题,提出航行风险评价软件的框架设计,用于混有智能船舶水域的海事安全监管。该软件由仿真环境构建、混合交通流仿真、风险评价输出3个功能模块组成。仿真环境构建模块用于设置仿真场景的相关参数;混合交通流仿真模块用于模拟交通流的行为特征;风险评价输出模块主要是对区域内船舶的航行风险进行评价。该软件是对智能船舶航行风险评价的积极探索,其评价结果可为海事部门的安全监管工作提供参考。
In view of the lack of research on safety supervision in the operation of intelligent ships,the framework for navigation risk assessment software is proposed,which can be used for maritime safety administration of waterways mixing regular and intelligent ships.The software includes three modules:parameters for simulation environment,hybrid traffic flow simulation and navigation risk assessment.The parameters for simulation environment module defines the relevant parameters of the waterway areas;the hybrid traffic flow simulation module simulates the traffic flow in the specified water area;the risk assessment module presents the results of navigation risk in a specific region.The software is an exploration of the future inland water area maritime risk assessment,and the assessment results provide a practical tool for the safety administration of the maritime authorities.
