基于Grey-DEMATEL的零售供应链中断风险识别与评价研究

Study of the Identification and Evaluation of Influencing Factors on Retail Supply Chain Disruption Risk Based on Grey-DEMATEL Model

为了降低突发公共卫生事件影响下的零售供应链中断风险,提高零售企业运行的稳定性,首先,基于利益相关者理论,运用扎根方法构建零售供应链中断风险的影响因素模型;其次,运用灰色-决策实验室方法研究零售供应链中断风险影响因素之间的内在关系;最后,运用模糊综合评价法对突发公共卫生事件下的零售供应链中断风险进行评价。结果表明:产品供应能力、产品配送效率、交通管制程度、政府应急管理能力是零售供应链中断风险的关键影响因素,受突发公共卫生事件冲击导致的零售供应链中断风险等级为中等。该研究结论可为制定突发公共卫生事件风险管控措施、优化零售供应链运作效率提供理论依据。

In order to reduce the risk of retail supply chain disruption under the impact of public health emergencies and improve the operational stability of retail enterprises,an influencing factor model of retail supply chain disruption risk was built based on stakeholder theory and the rooted method;then the internal relationship between influencing factors of disruption risk was investigated by Grey-DEMATEL model;using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of retail supply chain disruption under public health emergencies.Results reveal that:product supply capacity,product distribution efficiency,traffic control level,government emergency management capabilities are the key influencing factors of retail supply chain interruption risk,the level of retail supply chain disruption caused by public health emergencies is medium,which can provide theoretical basis for government or companies to develop risk management measures,and optimize the operation efficiency of retail supply chain.
