Research on the"Zero-Touch"Financial Reimbursement System in Universities

在疫情防控常态化的新形势下,针对高校财务报销在审签、投递及沟通方面存在的病毒传播风险,提出建立“零接触”高校财务报销系统,设计该系统的总体架构,分析系统的模块功能、网络结构、数据传导及主要的报销流程,进一步优化基于互联网的高校财务报销系统,实现各类人员在报销流程中“零接触”,保障公共卫生安全,提升报销效率和服务水平,推动高校财务信息化建设。

Under the situation of epidemic prevention and control,financial reimbursement in universities is prone to virus transmission in the processes of approval,delivery and communication.In order to alleviate this problem,this article proposes how to construct a"zero-touch"financial reimbursement system for universities.It first investigates the general structure for such a system,including its functional modules,network structure and data transmission.Then,it explores how the system can be further optimized using Internet,so that the administrators and the users can corporate to carry out the reimbursement process with zero-touch.It is helpful to enhance the service level as well as ensure public safety and health for financial reimbursement in universities,contributing to more effective information financial systems.
