摘要
文章对2009-2017年全国新一代天气雷达备件消耗情况进行了统计分析,并按分台站、分系统和分级别建立了天气雷达备件消耗评估指标体系,由此分析出2009—2017年各型号雷达国家级备件消耗情况。分析结果可为雷达备件采购计划及备件分级标准提供依据,各型号雷达国家级备件消耗情况可为应急储备调度及业务管理提供依据,为建立备件评估模型及科学统计分析方法奠定基础。
Based on the statistical analysis of the consumption of spare parts for the new genaration weather radar from 2009 to 2017,the evaluation index system for the consumption of spare parts for new genaration weather radar is established in this paper according to the substations,subsystems and sublevels.And the consumption of spare parts for each type of radar at the national level from 2009 to 2017 is analyzed.The analysis results can provide the basis for radar spare parts purchase plan and spare parts classification standard.The national spare parts consumption of each type of radar can provide the basis for emergency reserve scheduling and operational management,and lay the foundation for the establishment of spare parts evaluation model and scientific statistical analysis methods.
