基于GIS的老工业搬迁区用地类型变化分析

Analysis of Land Types Changes in Old Industrial Relocation Area Based on GIS

通过Google Earth获取沈阳市老铁西工业搬迁区2004~2019年影像数据,利用GIS进行转移矩阵分析,分析工业搬迁区近15年发展过程中用地类型转变情况。用地类型的变化情况为:交通用地的面积有所增加,主要由其他用地转入;工业用地面积急速减少,主要转为住宅用地和其他用地;绿化用地面积增加,面积均衡来源于各用地类型;水域用地面积有所增加,主要源于其他用地;未利用地面积减少,主要转出为住宅用地、其他用地;住宅用地面积急速增加,主要来源于工业用地、其他用地和未利用地;其他用地表现为增加,转变类型全面但总面积增加不大。并从经济水平、社会人口、工业资源、政策规划四个驱动力因素分析用地类型的变化。

The image data of the Tiexi industrial relocation area from 2004 to 2019 was obtained from Google Earth,and the transfer matrix analysis and the change of land⁃use types during the 15⁃year development of the industrial relocation area were analyzed by using GIS.The changes in land⁃use types showed that the area of transportation land had increased,mainly transferred from other land.The area of industrial land had decreased rapidly which mainly converted to residential land and other land.The area of greening land had increased which was balanced by all types of land.The area of water area had increased,mainly due to other land.The area of unused land had decreased which mainly transferred to residential land and other land.The area of residential land had increased rapidly,mainly from industrial land,other land and unused land.Other land⁃use type transformation was comprehensive but the total area had not increased much.The four driving factors of economic level,social population,industrial resources,and policy planning were used to analyze the changes of land⁃use types.
