1例利用瘘管进行牛活体取卵的研究

A case study of ovum pick up in bovine by fistula

试验探索1种利用瘘管进行牛活体取卵的方法,通过瘘管将卵巢拉出体外,获取卵母细胞。结果显示,试验牛两侧卵巢均位于骨盆腔内,离瘘管口较远,且均有不同程度的囊肿。在未进行超排处理的前提下,右侧卵巢吸取3针,获得1个卵母细胞;左侧卵巢吸取6针,获得2个卵母细胞。研究表明,通过安装瘘管的形式可以获取卵母细胞,但易引起卵巢囊肿。

A method of ovum pick up in bovine that by pulling the ovary out of the body through the fistula was explored in the study.The results showed that both ovaries were located in pelvic cavity and far from the fistula installed,and there were cysts of different degrees in both.Under the premise of no superovulation treatment,the right ovary was extracted three times by a syringe and one oocyte was obtained.Two oocytes were obtained from the left ovary after six times extracted.The results indicate that the oocytes can be obtained by installing fistula,but it is easy cause the ovarian cysts.
