摘要
为研究黄丝藻粉对大鼠的繁殖毒性和致畸作用,研究将Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和黄丝藻粉高、中、低(10%、5%和2%)3个剂量组。大鼠给予黄丝藻粉10 w。结果显示,各剂量组F0、F1代孕鼠受孕率、妊娠率、产仔总数与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);各剂量组胎鼠窝重、胎盘重、体长、体重、死胎、吸收胎、畸形率、畸胎率等与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05);新生鼠出生活仔率、出生存活率、哺乳存活率、体重、饲料消耗与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。除中剂量组F2鼠肾系数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其余剂量组F0、F1和F2大鼠肝、肾、脾、子宫、卵巢及睾丸等脏器系数与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,黄丝藻粉对大鼠无明显的繁殖毒性和致畸作用。
In order to study the reproductive toxicity and teratogenic effect of Tribonema powder on rats,the study randomly divided Wistar rats into a control group and three doses of Tribonema powder high,medium and low groups(10%,5%and 2%).The rats were given 10 w of Tribonema powder.The results showed that F0 and F1 surrogate mice in each dose group had no significant difference in conception rate,pregnancy rate,and total number of litters compared with the control group(P>0.05).Fetal mouse nest weight,placental weight,body length,body weight,stillbirth,absorptive fetus,deformity rate,teratogenic rate,etc.had no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).The birth rate,birth survival rate,lactation survival rate,body weight,feed consumption of newborn rats had no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Except that the kidney coefficient of F2 rats in the middle dose group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),the liver,kidney,spleen,uterus,ovary and testis of rats in other dose groups had no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).The study indicates that Tribonema powder has no obvious reproductive toxicity and teratogenic effects on rats.
