犬恶性乳腺脂肪瘤的诊治

Diagnosis and treatment of a canine malignant lipoma of the breast

试验对1例9岁半的雌性松狮犬恶性乳腺脂肪瘤进行综合性诊治,采用临床结合病理组织学检查和实验室检查进行诊断。由于患犬部位肿瘤的发生与雌性激素分泌过旺有关,确诊后采用手术摘除肿瘤、子宫及卵巢;同时采用化学疗法进行综合性治疗,取得较好的治疗效果。术后2个月随访,患犬血液常规检查、血液生化检查等指标均正常,无肿瘤转移迹象。

The test performed comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of a 9.5-year-old female Chow with malignant breast lipoma.The diagnosis was made by combining shied clinical histopathological examination and laboratory examination.Because the occurrence of tumors in the dog's site was related to the excessive secretion of estrogen,surgical removal of tumors,uterus and ovaries were performed after diagnosis.At the same time,chemotherapy was used for comprehensive treatment to achieve better therapeutic effects.At a follow-up two months after operation,the dog's blood routine examination,blood biochemical examination and other indicators were normal,and there was no sign of tumor metastasis.
