Strategies for the Green Development of Informatization

在推动“双碳”目标发展的背景下,低碳发展理念已经渗透到各行各业。基于该理念以及全社会信息化发展现状,分析了信息化绿色低碳发展的重要性,并对具体实现策略进行了研究。结果发现,绿色低碳信息化发展可从算力、数据和应用三方面实现,每个方面又可从技术改进和资源共享两个重要维度进行设计,并进行一定的约束指标设置。这些策略将有助于实现从单个建设单位到全社会的绿色低碳信息化发展,并将随着数字化智能化的深入开展发挥显著的节能减排作用。

The vision of carbon peak and carbon neutrality leads to the concept of low-carbon development in all walks of life.Based on this concept and the current status of informatization in the whole society,the strategies for green informatization are explored.It is found that green informatization entails computing power,data and application,for each of which specific design can be carried out from two important dimensions of technology improvement and resource sharing,and certain constraint indicators can be set.These strategies will contribute to the green informatization development from a single construction unit to the entire society,and play a significant role in energy conservation and emission reduction.
