油气田企业布局光伏发电经济性分析 被引量:7

摘要 “碳达峰”“碳中和”目标下,为实现绿色低碳转型发展,作为能源消耗大户的油气田企业可根据自身条件选择布局光伏发电业务。基于光伏行业发展状况,建立光伏发电投资估算数学模型和光伏发电临界电价数学模型,分析布局光伏发电的经济性。通过对建设投资与光伏组件价格相关性和满足项目经济性的最低临界电价进行计算分析,并与当前部分省市上网电价、大工业电价和部分油气田实际电价进行对比,得出以下结果:光伏发电临界电价高于或与上网电价接近,低于或与大工业电价接近,低于目前大多数油田实际用电价格。综上,布局光伏发电虽有优势,但短板和不足也同样明显。因此,布局光伏发电应遵循4个原则:准确定位,因地制宜;合理布局,加快推进;联合采购,控制投资;多能融合,提高效益。 Photovoltaic power generation is an optional choice for oil and gas fields enterprises to achieve low-carbon oriented transformation.The cost efficiency of photovoltaic power generation is studied by establishing mathematical models for critical power price and investment evaluation in terms of the current development of photovoltaic industry.Based on the correlation analysis of construction investment and photovoltaic module tariff,the lowest critical power tariff is worked out with economical running target.It is found that critical photovoltaic power tariff is higher than or approximate to feed-in ones,lower than or approximate to industrial tariff,and lower than most of the present power prices charged in oil fields.The strength and weakness lead to our proposals of rational decision,rapid growth,restrict investment,and rising efficiency for the deployment of photovoltaic power generation.
